Here are 3 top reasons to hire help for Your Day!

Ring Picture

Reason # 1. You've waited for this day your entire life and deserve a perfect wedding!

This is one of the biggest days of your life, you've dreamed about it since you were a little girl and now you deserve to see those dreams come true. As a wedding coordinator our job is to make certain that no detail gets over looked. So, while you are getting ready, enjoying your friends, family and guests (and practicing your vows,) your coordinator will be out making sure your wedding is set up perfectly, vendors show up on time and everyone is in place to ensure your wedding starts on time and goes off without skipping a beat so you can fully enjoy the entire experience.

Reason # 2. Life happens - even on your wedding day!

As a bride, your job is to show up, enjoy YOUR day and look beautiful for your groom. Do you really want to spend your day worrying about the little stuff like coordinating the bridal party to get the photos you wanted, the vendor that's running late or where the DJ should be setting up? You've already got 1000 things on your mind - so you don't need to put them on your plate too. The best wedding gift you can give yourself is a someone to help you coordinate all of the last minute issues for you. You will thank yourself later!

Reason # 3. You want your family to enjoy the wedding with you!

As a wedding planner, the biggest mistake I see people make at weddings is having their family fill in to help as their "busy bees" on the day of their wedding. Regrettably this often creates conflict due to the amount of stress that can occur as well as some unexpected issues and situations that could be totally avoided by hiring a third party professional. The best thing you can do for everyone involved in your wedding is hire a "Day Of" Coordinator with the knowledge, experience and resources to handle everything that will come up on YOUR day so you, your groom, your wedding party AND YOUR FAMILY (especially the mother of the bride) can enjoy your wedding with you.

We realize that many weddings are out together on a tight (or even shoe-string) budget, but we want to pose this question;

"How much money are you spending on your wedding? $500, $1000, $5000 - or $50,000...? Would you feel that ALL of that money was wasted if you looked back and couldn't remember who was there or couldn't enjoy it because you had been overwhelmed by the details, problems and coordination of the day?"

THIS ONE THOUGHT - sums it up so well!

Don't waste the opportunity to make memories for a lifetime! Invest in help, so you don't miss a moment!
